Unleash your Full Business Potential.
Our Products don’t cost, THEY PAY …

The BigBrother™ GPS vehicle tracker is a unique, state of the art device developed for fleet management and vehicle tracking. When it comes to fleet and vehicle management, you cannot improve what you cannot measure. The challenge is to find the right alliance of technologies and service to unleash your business’ full potential. That's why our in-depth tracking reports let you identify -- at a glance -- operational trouble spots and areas for fleet improvement.

The Benefits:

Lower Fuel Consumption:
Enjoy fuel savings of 15% ~ 20% or more. Attack high fuel bills by:

  • Reducing excessive idling
  • Stopping moonlighting
  • Stopping excessive speeding

Increase Fleet Productivity:
Data is money! BigBrother’s detailed productivity reports show you exactly how your fleet is operating. You get every detail of each driver's service stops, non-service stops and actual length of a service call or installation. The results:

  • Job productivity goes up
  • Inefficiency decreases
  • Service calls increase

Reduce Overtime & Billing Errors:
Paying your drivers too much in overtime and billing your customers too much (or worse, not enough) can be huge burdens. We save you big money by providing exact records of service billing: including when, where and how long each service call takes. We take the guesswork out of driver overtime estimations.

  • Reduces Overtime
  • Eliminates Billing Errors

Improve Asset Safety & Liability:
Theft and driver safety are growing concerns for many companies. We enable companies to have accurate records of vehicle use and real time location reports. In case of theft, you can provide police with accurate real time information to greatly assist in the recovery process.

Save Money. Save Lives:
(statistics from the Department of Energy, Argon National Laboratory Study)

  • Engines: require 73% more horsepower to cruise at 100 Km/hr, and 159% more horsepower to cruise at 115 Km/ hr
  • Fuel Costs: Research indicates that for each 1.6 Km per hour driving above 100 Km/hr, fuel consumption increases by 1.5%
  • Tyres: Tyre wear almost doubles at road speeds of 115 Km/hr or greater.
  • Maintenance Costs: Increase by 80% when speed is increased from 100 Km/hr to 115 Km/hr
  • Accident Probabilities: Approximate stopping distances: At 115 Km/hr, stopping distance is 63% greater than at 80 Km/hr. Even in daylight, higher speeds will significantly increase accident probabilities.

The Applications:

There are many significant opportunities to increase the efficiency, productivity and accountability of your organisation. Improvements in these areas -- thanks to the right GPS tracking device -- will lead to an increase in profitability in as little as 30 days, depending on how your operation is run daily.

1. Use the information for an employee bonus program and a cost-savings sharing program: employees quickly accept the idea of using GPS technology to keep up with the times and to increase the financial position of the company. Employees value their jobs, especially in a tight economy, more than they value the ‘perk’ of being unsupervised. GPS technology is just another management tool to help run the business. It also brings noticeable benefits to the employees: including enhancing their safety awareness and wellbeing.

2. GPS technology resolves customer disputes related to arrival time, service duration and service location. Employees appreciate this type of support.

3. Help employees when they are lost. By knowing the location of the vehicle, a dispatcher can quickly assist a lost driver. This helps the employee stay on schedule and not have to work too quickly, or run up overtime.

4. Slow your vehicle's average speed. Get your vehicles to stay below 100 Km/hr on the highway and 70 Km/hr on other roads. This ties directly into fuel consumption, maintenance and accidents. This will save you about 10% on your monthly fuel bill as well as considerably lower your maintenance costs.

5. Verify the accuracy of time cards. This is generally a key area for improvement. Most companies recover their monthly fee and the cost of their vehicle unit from this one factor alone in the first 3-6 months.

6. Verify sales calls. If you can get just one additional sales call in every three days, you have increased the number of sales calls by 7 per month. If you have a sales call to sale ratio of 1:5 you can expect to increase sales by this amount. You will also realise a reduction in the cost of paying mileage or fuel for unproductive driving, or for personal matters on company time.

7. Watch the time per stop. Service managers know how long it takes to make a delivery or perform a service. By watching the stop time they can determine if the employee is either "hanging out", or (conversely) not spending enough time with your customers. This ties into customer cancellations, allowances, returned inventory and sales. Efficiency is the name of the game.

8. Market the fact that you are using GPS technology and that you are committed to customer service. No more telling customers "We'll be there between 8 and 5." This is not acceptable in today's market. So GPS technology will help you close sales when all else is equal. You only need one deal a year to cover the cost of the GPS technology. If you run ads you might say something like: "We use GPS technology to ensure the timeliness of our service."

9. Contact your insurance carrier and request a discount when you can show them your vehicles are now driving slower, driving fewer miles and that you are reducing the risk of accidents. If your insurance company will not give you reductions, shop around for another. Negotiations are always possible.

10. Eliminate moonlighting, driving after hours and unwanted stops during the workday by using the Alert function and Begin-End day report. This will save you money on wages, fuel and maintenance; limit your liability; and provide for improved customer service.
